New Right-of-Way and Event Permits

The Town of Ingersoll is moving to a NEW online permit platform called Permit Central.

This new process will simplify getting Events and Right-of-Way permits in the Town of Ingersoll.

The public can now apply for permits, including Event, Municipal Consents and the

Right-of-Way (Formerly Road Occupancy Permit) through the Towns website

The Town regulates work that occurs on or below municipal roads, sidewalks, and

boulevards. A Right-of-Way permit approval will be required prior to the start of work.

Examples of work activities on the Town’s Right-of Way that require a permit include;

entrance/driveway resurfacing, water or sewer new or reconnection to existing

services, building or renovating and oversize loads, and or moving materials.
